Code of Conduct

Standards of behavior expected from all Internship Program participants.

1. Purpose

Ugenix Academy is committed to a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment. This Code of Conduct applies to all participants, mentors, and staff involved in the Internship Program.

2. Expected Behavior

Treat all individuals with respect regardless of background, gender, religion, disability, or experience level.

Participate actively, meet deadlines, and communicate professionally in all program channels.

Give honest effort on assignments and projects. Plagiarism or misrepresentation of work is strictly prohibited.

Use program platforms and communication tools only for program-related purposes.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, hate speech, or threatening behavior of any kind.

Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content during sessions or on program platforms.

Recording or distributing session content without explicit permission.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or confidential information.

Misuse of Ugenix Academy branding or misrepresentation of affiliation.

4. Academic Integrity

All submitted work must be your own unless collaboration is explicitly permitted.

Cite external sources appropriately. AI-generated submissions must comply with guidelines communicated for each assignment.

Violations may result in disqualification from the Program without refund.

5. Consequences

Minor violations may result in a written warning and mandatory discussion with program staff.

Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension or removal from the Program without refund.

Illegal activity will be reported to appropriate authorities.

6. Reporting

To report a conduct concern, email contact@ugenix.com with relevant details. Reports will be handled confidentially to the extent possible.
