Program Terms & Conditions

These Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in the Ugenix Academy Internship Program (“Program”), operated by Ugenix Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By completing registration and making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Code of Conduct.

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a recognized college or university, or have graduated within the past 12 months, unless otherwise stated for a specific batch.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to verify your details and cancel registration if false or misleading information is provided.

Participants must be at least 16 years of age. Applicants under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment of the stated registration fee through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay).

The registration fee secures your application spot for the selected batch and track. Program fees, if applicable beyond registration, will be communicated separately before the program begins.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian law.

We reserve the right to modify registration fees for future batches. Fees paid for a confirmed registration will not be increased retroactively.

The Program includes practical training, mentor sessions, assignments, and project work as outlined for your selected track.

Schedule, duration, mode (online/offline/hybrid), and deliverables may be updated with reasonable notice to accommodate operational or academic requirements.

We do not guarantee employment, internship placement with a third-party employer, or specific salary outcomes upon completion.

You agree to attend sessions, complete assignments on time, and engage respectfully with mentors, staff, and fellow participants.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials, learning platform access, or program materials shared with you.

You must not share, reproduce, or distribute program content without prior written permission from Ugenix Academy.

All curriculum materials, presentations, recordings, branding, and resources provided during the Program remain the intellectual property of Ugenix Academy.

Projects created independently by you during the Program may be used in your personal portfolio, unless restricted by a specific project brief or third-party agreement communicated in advance.

We may postpone, reschedule, or cancel a batch due to insufficient enrollment, operational reasons, or events beyond our reasonable control.

If a batch is cancelled by us before commencement, you will be offered a transfer to the next available batch or a refund as per our Refund Policy.

We may remove a participant from the Program for violation of these Terms or the Code of Conduct, without refund unless otherwise required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ugenix Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

Our total liability for any claim relating to your registration shall not exceed the registration fee paid by you for the applicable batch.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where Ugenix Academy’s registered office is located, unless otherwise mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
