Refund Policy

How registration fee refunds and cancellations are handled for the Internship Program.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to registration fees paid for the Ugenix Academy Internship Program. Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full refund: Available if you cancel within 7 calendar days of successful registration payment, provided the Program batch has not yet commenced.

Partial refund (50%): Available if you cancel more than 7 days but at least 14 days before the official batch start date.

No refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the batch start date, after the batch has commenced, or due to violation of program policies, are not eligible for a refund.

3. Batch Cancellation by Ugenix Academy

If we cancel a batch before it starts, you may choose a full refund of the registration fee or transfer your registration to the next available batch at no additional cost.

If a batch is postponed, your registration will automatically carry forward unless you request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Payment gateway charges, third-party processing fees, and applicable taxes may be deducted from refunds where permitted by law and payment partner policies.

Registration fees are non-refundable once program access, materials, or onboarding has been provided, except where cancellation is initiated by Ugenix Academy.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request to contact@ugenix.com with your full name, registered email, phone number, payment receipt, and reason for cancellation.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to Razorpay and banking timelines.

6. Track or Batch Changes

One complimentary track or batch change may be permitted before the batch start date, subject to seat availability. No refund is issued for track changes.

Additional changes may be treated as a new registration and may require payment of any fee difference.
