Payment Policy

Registration payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Supported methods may include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets, as displayed at checkout.

Your registration is confirmed only after successful payment and verification on our servers.

If payment is deducted but registration is not confirmed, contact contact@ugenix.com with your transaction ID within 48 hours.

Failed or incomplete transactions will not confirm your registration. Any amount debited for failed transactions will be reversed by your bank or payment provider per their timelines.

A payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful registration. Formal invoices, if required, can be requested by emailing contact@ugenix.com.

We do not store your full card or UPI credentials. All payment data is handled by Razorpay in compliance with applicable payment industry standards.
